MoveDayMap is operated by Bill Stevens as an independent project. It is not a moving company, moving broker, government agency, insurance producer, law firm, or financial adviser.

MoveDayMap provides general organization, education, and comparison support. It is not legal, tax, insurance, safety, real-estate, or financial advice and does not replace a contract, tariff, bill of lading, policy, lease, official instruction, or advice from a qualified professional.
Moving requirements can vary by jurisdiction, move type, shipment, provider, and individual circumstances. A checklist item or tool explanation is a starting point for verification, not a determination that a requirement applies to every visitor.

You are responsible for checking your inputs and reviewing the original written estimate, contract, inventory, payment instructions, valuation choice, and delivery terms before acting.
MoveDayMap does not independently verify a mover merely because you record information in the mover-verification workspace. Use the official FMCSA lookup for interstate providers and the appropriate state authority for moves outside FMCSA's jurisdiction.
Sources, deadlines, and changing requirements
MoveDayMap links regulatory explanations to government sources when practical and records review dates for material claims. Laws, agency instructions, forms, fees, and deadlines can change after a page is reviewed.
Follow the cited source and confirm current requirements with the responsible agency or a qualified professional before a deadline, payment, filing, or contract decision. Report a possible error through the contact page so the cited claim can be checked.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use MoveDayMap's public tools and original guidance for personal, noncommercial moving preparation. Do not use the site to break the law, misrepresent a company or document, interfere with site operation, probe for unauthorized access, automate abusive traffic, copy substantial portions for republication, or attempt to manipulate advertising activity.
Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking credentials, complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical records, or identity documents into MoveDayMap fields.
Browser-local records and downloads
The current planner, quote, and mover-verification records are stored in your browser rather than a MoveDayMap account. You are responsible for securing your device and any downloaded, printed, restored, or calendar copies. Clearing browser data can permanently remove local records.
The Privacy Policy provides the current details about local storage, technical hosting data, future advertising, and privacy choices.
External websites and services
Links to government agencies, mover databases, calendar services, Google services, and other websites are provided for convenience and verification. Those services control their own content, availability, security, and privacy practices.
A link does not establish ownership, sponsorship, affiliation, approval, or endorsement unless MoveDayMap expressly states otherwise.
Availability and changes
MoveDayMap may correct, update, reorganize, suspend, or discontinue a page or feature.
