01

How to contact MoveDayMap

Use Bill Stevens's existing contact form on The Music Educator Podcast website and begin the subject or first line with “MoveDayMap.” That form is hosted on a separate website and follows that website's privacy practices.

There is no guaranteed response time. Do not use the contact channel for an emergency, a moving-day safety issue, a payment dispute requiring immediate action, or a filing deadline.

02

Product questions and problem reports

For a planner, quote-decoder, mover-verification, download, print, or calendar issue, include the MoveDayMap page address, device and browser type, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include the private contents of your contract or identity documents.

MoveDayMap can explain how its tools are intended to work but cannot select a mover, negotiate a contract, resolve a claim, or provide legal, insurance, tax, or financial advice.

03

Corrections and source questions

For a factual correction, identify the exact statement, the page address, why it may be inaccurate, and the responsible government source if available. Reports are evaluated against the source standard in the Editorial Policy.

If the issue concerns a mover's registration, authority, insurance, complaint history, loss, damage, or claim, contact the responsible agency or qualified professional as appropriate; MoveDayMap does not investigate or adjudicate providers.

04

Privacy requests

Begin a privacy message with “MoveDayMap privacy.” The current planner, quote, and verification entries remain in your browser and can be cleared using the controls described in the Privacy Policy; MoveDayMap cannot retrieve browser-local records from your device.

Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, complete payment-card numbers, account passwords, medical records, identity documents, or full moving contracts.

05

Accessibility feedback

Describe the page, control, content, assistive technology or browser involved, and the barrier you encountered. A concise description is more useful than sensitive personal information.

Accessibility feedback is used to improve the site experience; it does not create an emergency support or professional-services relationship.

06

Advertising and business inquiries

Clearly identify an advertising, sponsorship, or affiliate inquiry. Any future commercial relationship must remain separate from MoveDayMap's regulatory explanations, planner sequence, quote flags, and mover-verification guidance.

Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee a partnership, placement, response, endorsement, or publication.

Keep the complete record connected.

MoveDayMap separates privacy, sourcing, use terms, operator contact, and commercial disclosures so each practice can be checked against what the site actually does.
