This disclosure explains the site's current advertising status and the standards that will govern ads, sponsorships, and affiliate relationships if they are introduced.
How future advertising may support the site
If advertising is activated, revenue may help support hosting, research, source review, maintenance, accessibility improvements, and continued development.
Separation from navigation and tools
Ads must be visibly distinguishable from MoveDayMap navigation, download controls, form fields, checklist actions, quote comparisons, and official-source links.
Current status
MoveDayMap does not currently display advertising, sponsored placements, or affiliate links. An application to or review by an advertising program does not mean that advertising is active or that approval has been granted.
The core planner, quote decoder, mover-verification workspace, state resources, guides, and first-30-days checklist are intended to remain free to use.
How future advertising may support the site
If advertising is activated, revenue may help support hosting, research, source review, maintenance, accessibility improvements, and continued development. Advertising revenue will be measured from actual reports rather than promised traffic, earnings, or approval outcomes.
MoveDayMap will not create pages solely to display ads or add unnecessary steps to a task for the purpose of generating more ad impressions.
No requests to click advertisements
Visitors will never be asked to click, view, or interact with an advertisement to support MoveDayMap, unlock a tool, receive a result, or help another person. The operator will not intentionally click the site's own ads or use artificial traffic or engagement methods.
Advertising labels will use clear language and will not disguise an ad as a favorite link, download, menu item, or personalized recommendation.
Editorial independence
An advertiser, sponsor, or affiliate relationship will not determine regulatory explanations, state requirements, task order, quote warnings, or mover-verification instructions.
Payment does not establish that MoveDayMap has verified or endorsed a moving company, broker, insurer, lender, real-estate provider, product, or service.
Sponsored and affiliate material
If sponsored content or affiliate links are introduced, the commercial relationship will be disclosed clearly near the relevant content or link. Editorial content will not be described as independent when a material commercial relationship affects it.
MoveDayMap does not currently maintain an affiliate program or sponsored-content inventory. This disclosure will be updated before those practices begin.
Advertising data and consent
If Google AdSense or another advertising service is activated, the Privacy Policy will govern disclosures about cookies, IP addresses, advertising identifiers, data use, vendor access, and visitor choices. The live vendor list and regional controls must match the services actually in use.
Where consent is legally required, the appropriate consent interface must operate before the relevant advertising technology is activated. A disclosure page is not a substitute for a consent-management platform.
Where ads may and may not appear
Candidate placements will be evaluated only after advertising approval and technical readiness. Appropriate locations may include areas beside or between substantial published content when the ad does not obstruct the task.
Ads should not appear on error screens, empty states, confirmation-only screens, pages under construction, or screens without substantial publisher content. Tool controls and safety-critical guidance take priority over ad placement.
